The scenery is to die for, the food amazing, the authentic bean dip they give you is outstanding I like they that give you that along with salsa because I don’t eat salsa! I will say as good as the food is the prices are VERY HIGH 12$ for a cheese dip?? Seriously that’s a bit much… but all in all the food was good and it’s a beautiful atmosphere.

The food was amazing! The service was incredible. I had the flight of margaritas, which were pretty and yummy. Make sure you try the chorizo queso. I got the puffy taco and it was similar to a taco salad, but better. My husband and son got the Al Pastor fajitas and tacos. The Al Pastor has grilled pineapple in it and it's wonderful!

My family was starving this Saturday morning. Couldn't figure out where to go and other places had a 15-20 min wait. We found Pedro's right as they were about to open at 1030am. We were the first ones in. The interior is so festive and vibrant, giant TV screens and very clean. A waiter greeted us and handled our insane over ordering really well. We got a Large (which turned out to be HUGE and yummy) Pina colada Daquiri along with 4 other drinks. The Horchata is delicious too. They brought chips salsa and bean dip for free but we also ordered Guacamole which was very fresh. We also ordered Elotes, Pedro's lunch Favorite, Berries Tacos, Caritas plate and a chicken tortilla ramen soup. As I said we were starving. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. I'm pretty sure we've found our new favorite place for Mexican food. When the weather gets cooler I'd love to sit on the patio, the lighting and decor looked beautiful and I think they have live music Saturday nights.

An overall fantastic experience that is a significant divination from standard Americanized Mexican food. The biggest standouts were the complimentary chips and dips. The chips were very much fried in house, and although a bit greasy, the flavor was a MAJOR improvement in comparison to every other complimentary basket. The salsa and dip were heated and warm, something I've never experienced before, the flavours were rich and full bodied, the darker - almost meaty flavored dip - tasted better warm so it's worth it to eat it quick, while the salsa was delightful both warm and cooled. I had the grilled chicken enchiladas, for me a baseline of a Mexican restaurant, and it was good. The rice was the biggest standout since it tasted better than any other I've had before, everything else was good so I'm certainly excited to go back and try different things on the menu.

Great decor and atmosphere! The birria falls apart and has a wonderful flavor. Cilantro rice is an unexpected item on the menu but it is definitely worth the try. The cocktails are what you expect and the dips are phenomenal ( especially the guacamole) which can be made table side per request. All in all if you like Mexican food then give them a try!

We went there for the first time tonight. We had a great experience. Alvaro took great care of us. It was really nice to have the manager Alexia stop over and chat with us. The food was amazing! They offer a wide variety of draft beers and it served in icy cold glasses. They served us chips and salsa upon sitting down in our booth and I will say the bean salsa was a huge hit. We ordered the nachos with shrimp chicken and steak and they were absolutely amazing. I love the brightness of this place and I can't wait to go back when we can sit outside for a bit. They have spared no expense to the beauty of this place and also the staff is amazing!

What truly sets Pedro’s apart is their dedication to authenticity and quality. Complementary house-fried chips arrive warm and crisp, accompanied by a standout bean dip that’s rich, savory, and served warm—a delightful twist rarely found elsewhere. The salsa, equally flavorful, impresses with its balanced, full-bodied taste. These small but thoughtful touches reveal the care behind every dish.

The menu is a celebration of Mexican culinary traditions elevated by fresh, vibrant ingredients. The Al Pastor fajitas, accented with grilled pineapple, offer a perfect blend of smoky and sweet that lingers beautifully on the palate. The puffy tacos present a creative take on traditional tacos—a fresh, satisfying alternative reminiscent of a taco salad but better.
